Santa Ynez River Groundwater Basin Coordination Agreement
This Coordination Agreement was made by and between the Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin Western Management Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency (“WMA GSA”), the Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin Central Management Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency (“CMA GSA”), and the Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin Eastern Management Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency (“EMA GSA”) pursuant to the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (Water Code, div. 6, part 2.74) (“SGMA”). This Agreement is effective as of January 1, 2022.
Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
